OUR STORY
Hi there, welcome to the Lab Method Gym in Newcastle West, County Limerick.
The Lab was founded by John Fitzgerald, Liam Treacy and Podge Guiney.
John, Liam and Podge all come from years of experience in the fitness industry and had always dreamt of building and owning a gym.
The Lab opened it's doors in 2020 and since then has been the home to many of our clients who train tirelessly with us to achieve their goals.
The Lab Method Gym is made up of a team of online coaches who design specifically tailored gym programs to help people achieve their dream physiques.
